Using this website
This website introduces our educational direction. It does not accept orders, payments or bookings. Sending an enquiry does not enrol you in a programme or create a paid commitment. Courses and publications described as coming soon or in development are not currently offered for purchase here.
These website terms apply to browsing and using the site. The service provisions below describe our intended standard policy for future engagements; they apply to a purchase only when disclosed and incorporated into the agreement accepted before payment. A specific written agreement may provide additional or more favourable rights. Mandatory legal rights always take precedence.
Before you commit
Before any future paid engagement, we will provide the legal supplier’s details, the agreed scope, intended audience, delivery method, schedule or access period, total price and applicable taxes, payment arrangements, cancellation terms and a complaint contact. Mentor or trainer identity and relevant programme details must be confirmed before enrolment. You must be an adult with legal capacity to enter the agreement, or an authorised representative acting for your organisation.
No recurring payment, renewal or subscription is created by visiting this site or submitting the contact form. Any future instalment or renewal arrangement requires separate, clear agreement.
Non-refundable policy
Subject to mandatory law and the exceptions below, purchases are final and non-refundable for a change of mind, a change in personal circumstances or a decision not to use the agreed service or content. This policy must be shown before payment and accepted as part of the relevant agreement. It is not a waiver of your statutory rights.
- Ebooks and digital content: once the agreed content has been supplied and access made available, no discretionary refund is offered simply because you decide not to read, download or use it. Any legally required consent relating to immediate digital supply or cancellation rights must be obtained separately.
- Courses and training: voluntary withdrawal, non-attendance or failure to complete a programme does not ordinarily entitle you to a discretionary refund where the programme is supplied as agreed. Event-specific arrangements must be disclosed before enrolment.
- Mentoring and coaching: completed sessions are non-refundable for a change of mind or dissatisfaction with a personal outcome where the agreed service was properly delivered. Charges for late cancellation, missed sessions or unused parts of a package apply only as lawfully and expressly agreed in advance.
- Media and commissioned work: project cancellation, completed milestones, approved expenses and usage rights are addressed in the written project agreement.
When a refund or another remedy may apply
The non-refundable policy does not exclude remedies required by law for non-delivery, defective services or content, material misdescription, unauthorised or duplicate charges, or any other circumstance in which a remedy cannot lawfully be excluded. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include correction, re-performance, replacement, or a full or partial refund.
If Lumina cancels a service and cannot provide the agreed delivery, we will refund the amount paid for the undelivered part unless you freely choose an alternative. A credit or replacement date will not be imposed where you are legally entitled to a refund. Any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal right that applies to your transaction remains available.
To raise an issue, email hello@lumina-media.ae, use our contact form or use the complaint contact supplied with your agreement. Include your name, agreement or invoice reference, a description of the issue and relevant evidence. Do not send full card details, passwords or identity documents through the general enquiry form. We will review the facts and applicable rights; contacting us does not restrict your right to approach a competent authority.
Scheduling, cancellations and changes
Session duration, time zone, delivery platform or venue, rescheduling notice, no-show conditions and any package expiry must be specified in your written agreement before you commit. No particular notice period or cancellation fee is imposed by this website alone. Requests to change a confirmed arrangement must be made through the agreed contact channel and are subject to availability and the applicable agreement.
We will communicate material changes that affect delivery. A change does not remove any cancellation or refund rights available under your agreement or applicable law.
Educational scope and individual outcomes
Courses, mentoring, coaching and publications support personal and professional development. They are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, legal, tax or regulated investment advice. References to mindset, energy and awareness concern reflection, motivation and subjective experience, not a promise of healing.
No specific personal transformation, revenue, income, sales result or business outcome is guaranteed. You remain responsible for your decisions and implementation. This does not reduce our obligation to deliver the service actually agreed. Please read our educational disclaimer.
Content access and intellectual property
Unless a written agreement permits otherwise, purchased educational materials are licensed for the individual participant’s personal learning and internal application. You may not redistribute, resell, publish, share access credentials or reproduce protected materials for commercial use without permission, except where the law permits it.
Digital formats, technical requirements, access duration and any download limits will be stated before purchase. No lifetime access is promised unless expressly included in the agreement. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights.
Respect, confidentiality and recordings
Do not misuse the website, compromise security, impersonate others or disrupt a learning session. Participants should respect other people’s privacy and confidential information. Do not record a session or publish another participant’s contributions without the required permission. Visiting the site or attending a session does not automatically authorise use of your image, voice or testimonial for marketing.
Information submitted through the contact form is handled as explained in our privacy notice. Any additional confidentiality or recording arrangements will be agreed for the relevant service.
Responsibility and website availability
We aim to provide accurate information and a usable website, but temporary interruptions or errors may occur. Please confirm programme details before relying on them. We do not exclude liability or obligations that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, and these terms do not require you to waive statutory consumer protections.
Governing law, complaints and updates
These terms are subject to applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and any relevant free-zone rules, without displacing mandatory protections that apply to a customer. The appropriate dispute forum will be identified in the final contractual arrangements. No mandatory arbitration agreement is created by this website.
We encourage you to contact us to resolve a concern, while preserving your right to use competent consumer authorities or courts. Updates will be dated on this page. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights under an existing agreement.
