VERSION: 15 OCTOBER 2026
Who is responsible
LUMINA ASCEND MEDIA - FZCO operates the Lumina Media website. Licensing authority: Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZA). Trade licence number: 93612.
Registered address: Unit 93612 - 001, IFZA Business Park, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Email: hello@lumina-media.ae. Further company information is available on the company information page.
Contact form
The contact page embeds a form provided by Tally. When you complete and submit it, the information entered into its fields is transmitted to Tally and made available to the company through the form owner’s account. This may include your name, email, contact details and the contents of your enquiry, depending on the fields shown.
Enquiry information is used to respond to your request and discuss relevant educational, coaching or media services. Please do not submit sensitive health information, payment details or identity documents through this general enquiry form.
Embedded service and technical information
Loading the contact page connects your browser to Tally to display the form and enable automatic resizing. Tally and its service providers may process technical data needed to deliver and protect the service, such as your IP address and browser information. Read Tally’s privacy notice for information about its practices.
The hosting or security provider may also process technical requests and logs to serve and protect the website. Provider arrangements and retention must be confirmed for the final public deployment.
Cookies and browser storage
The Lumina website code does not set analytics or advertising cookies and includes no advertising pixels. It stores a temporary flag in your browser’s session storage to show the welcome animation only once per tab session. This flag contains no personal information and is not sent to a server. The embedded Tally form and the chosen hosting platform operate under their own technical configurations; these should be reviewed as part of the final deployment.
Access, retention and international processing
Enquiries should be accessed only by people and service providers who need them to respond and administer the request. The company must confirm the configured Tally access permissions, any connected integrations, retention schedule, applicable legal basis and international transfer arrangements. These operational details have not yet been supplied for this draft.
Sending an enquiry does not by itself subscribe you to unrelated marketing or create an enrolment, booking or purchase.
Your privacy requests
Depending on the applicable rules, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent, subject to legal conditions and exceptions. You can email hello@lumina-media.ae or use the contact form to raise a privacy request, describing your request without providing unnecessary sensitive information.
Applicable framework
The privacy framework must be aligned with the company’s actual processing arrangements. UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 and any relevant free-zone rules should be reviewed for applicability.
Updates
This notice must be kept aligned with changes to the form, providers, marketing, analytics and other processing. The date above identifies this version, and the draft notice identifies information still to be confirmed.
